Asetek - Major Shareholding Announcement
16 May 2023 - Following the registration of new shares in Asetek A/S issued in a
rights issue, as from 15 May 2023 Heartcore Capital A/S (CVR no. 33858663)
controls 1.61% (less than 5%) of the total voting rights in Asetek A/S, and
Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I K/S (CVR-no. 30589408) holds 1.61% (less
than 5%) of the total share capital of Asetek A/S. Immediately prior to 15 May
2023, Heartcore Capital A/S controlled 5.84% of the total voting rights in
Asetek A/S, and Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I K/S held 5.84% of the total
share capital of Asetek A/S.
Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I K/S (CVR no. 30589416) is the direct
shareholder of shares in Asetek A/S (holding 1,586,341 shares). Sunstone
Technology Ventures Fund I K/S (CVR no. 30589416) is managed by its general
partner Sunstone TV General Partner I ApS (CVR no. 30575199) who has delegated
its powers to exercise the voting rights of Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I
K/S to Heartcore Capital A/S (CVR no. 33858663). Sunstone Technology Ventures
Fund I K/S (CVR-no. 30589408) is 100% owned by Danmarks Eksport- og
Investeringsfond (prev. Vækstfonden) (CVR-no. 43478206).
