ASETEK - Major Shareholder Announcement

In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities TradingAct (værdipapirhandelsloven), cf. the Danish Executive Order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, it is hereby announced that as of 23 March 2015 D.E. Shaw & Co., L.P. indirectly holds 2,267,579 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.10 (aggregate nominal value DKK 226,757.90) inAsetek A/S, corresponding to 9.11 % of the total share capital and 9.11 % of the total voting rights.

D.E. Shaw & Co, Ltd. holds the shares inAsetek A/S indirectly through D.E. Shaw Composite Pocket Series 12 L.L.C. and D.E. Shaw Composite Side Pocket Series 13 L.L.C. D.E. Shaw & Co., L.P. takes investment decisions on behalf of D.E. Shaw Composite Pocket Series 12 L.L.C. and D.E. Shaw Composite Side Pocket Series 13 L.L.C.
