Asetek A/S today announced that its subsidiary Asetek Danmark A/S andAsia Vital Components Co. (AVC) have reached a confidential settlement agreement to resolve their disputes.
The parties have signed a binding term sheet that, among other things, resolves the litigation regardingAsetek U.S. Patent Nos. 8,240,362 and 8,245,764 pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and includes an injunction that prevents AVCfrom selling, offering for sale, or importing theAVCproducts accused of infringement in the United States.
