ASETEK - Update to Fourth Quarter Guidance

Asetek communicated in its third quarter 2015 report announced 28 October 2015

that the company expected fourth quarter 2015 group revenues in line with the

third quarter level of USD 10 million.

The company today announces that fourth quarter 2015 group revenues are likely

to exceed the record third quarter level of USD 10 million by at least 20%. The

year-over year and sequential revenue growth follows positive development within

both Asetek's desktop and data center business segments.
