13 April 2015 – Board member and primary insider ofAsetek A/S ("the Company") Knut Øversjøen has been allocated 10 000 shares in the subsequent offering at a subscription price of NOK 10 per share. Following the subsequent offering, Knut Øversjøen and entities controlled by him hold 24,759 shares and 23 822 warrants.
