27 August, 2015 - Scott Chambers, Senior Director of Marketing and primary
insider of Asetek A/S ("the "Company") has on August 26 acquired 3,000 shares
through exercise for cash of the same number of share options. Following the
transaction, Mr. Chambers holds a total of 3,000 shares and 68,290 options and
warrants in the Company.
