As mentioned in the company announcements of 6 December and 20 December 2023,

the shares of

Asetek A/S ("Asetek") will be delisted from Oslo Børs on 27 March 2024, with the

being 26 March 2024.

On 3 April 2024, Asetek's shares will be deregistered from Verdipapirsentralen

ASA (or Euronext Securities Oslo, the Norwegian central security depository)

("VP Norway").

Information relevant to shareholders who have shares listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen

and registered with VP Denmark

For shareholders who have already transferred their shares to Nasdaq Copenhagen

and VP Securities

A/S (or Euronext Securities Copenhagen) ("VP Denmark"), this means that your

share entitlements

will automatically convert to shares in VP Denmark's system. Such shareholders

do not need to take

any action and will be able to exercise their shareholder rights under the

Danish Companies Act as

they have done previously.

Information relevant to shareholders who still have shares listed on Oslo Børs

and registered with VP Norway

After 26 March 2024, Asetek's shares will no longer be tradable on Oslo Børs.

Shareholders who still

have Asetek shares traded on Oslo Børs and registered with VP Norway must take

action to have their

shares traded on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Before deregistration from VP Norway on 3 April 2024, shareholders who wish to

transfer Asetek

shares to Nasdaq Copenhagen must transfer their shares from VP Norway to VP

Denmark. Such

shareholders must instruct their custodian bank or broker, through which they

hold Asetek shares, to

contact VP Denmark to complete a transfer procedure. Such a procedure may be

subject to fees.

Shareholders who have not transferred their Asetek shares to Nasdaq Copenhagen

by 2 April 2024

and wish to trade their shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen must either contact i) their

custodian bank or

broker if they hold the shares through a nominee account, or ii) Asetek if they

hold the shares in their

own name. Such registration may be subject to fees.

Today, Asetek has also sent out a letter directed to shareholders who still have

their shares listed on

Oslo Børs and are still solely registered with VP Norway, with further

information on the delisting and

deregistration from VP Norway. The letter is attached to this announcement.
