ASETEK – Amended proposal for adoption on AGM April 30 2015

OnApril 23 2015, the Board of Directors ofAsetek A/S has decided that it on the ordinary annual general meeting, will submit a proposal to amended the proposal under item 5.a of the agenda to increase and extend its authorization to grant warrants. According to the amended proposal, the warrants cannot be granted at less than market value and in no event under NOK 10 per share of DKK 0.10.
