Mikroelektronik Güdüm ve Elektro-Optik (MGEO) Sektör Başkanlığı; şirketin büyüme stratejilerini desteklemek, yüksek teknolojide odaklanmayı artırmak, oyun değiştirici teknolojiler geliştirmede ulaşılan küresel yetkinliği daha da yukarı taşımak amacıyla; "Aviyonik ve Güdüm Sistemleri Sektör Başkanlığı" ve "Mikroelektronik ve Elektro-optik Sektör Başkanlığı" olmak üzere iki Sektör Başkanlığı şeklinde yeniden yapılandırılmıştır.

Aviyonik ve Güdüm Sistemleri (AGS) Sektör Başkanlığı görevine Mikroelektronik Güdüm ve Elektro-Optik (MGEO) Sektör Başkanı Murat KARATAŞ;

Mikroelektronik ve Elektro-Optik Sistemler (MEOS) Sektör Başkanlığı görevine MGEO Elektro-Optik Tasarım Direktörü İsmail ÖZSARAÇ atanmıştır.

Ayrıca;

M. Mustafa AKKUL'un emekli olması nedeniyle boşalan Radar ve Elektronik Harp Sistemleri (REHİS) Sektör Başkanlığı görevine Haberleşme ve Bilgi Teknolojileri (HBT) Sektör Başkanı Mustafa YAMAN;

Haberleşme ve Bilgi Teknolojileri (HBT) Sektör Başkanlığı görevine Radar ve Elektronik Harp Sistemleri (REHİS) Radar Programları Direktörü Yusuf Bora KARTAL atanmıştır.

Alınan Yönetim Kurulu kararları, kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The Microelectronics Guidance and Electro-Optics (MGEO) Vice Presidency has been restructured into two Vice Presidencies, namely "Avionics and Guidance Systems Vice Presidency" and "Microelectronics and Electro-Optics Vice Presidency," to support the company's growth strategies, enhance focus on high technology, and further elevate the global capabilities achieved in developing game-changing technologies.

Murat KARATAŞ, the Vice President of Microelectronics Guidance and Electro-Optics (MGEO), has been appointed as the Vice President of Avionics and Guidance Systems (AGS);

İsmail ÖZSARAÇ, the Director of Electro-Optical Design at MGEO, has been appointed as the Vice President of the Microelectronics and Electro-Optical Systems (MEOS).

Additionally;

Due to the retirement of M. Mustafa AKKUL, the position of Vice President of Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems (REHIS) has been filled by Mustafa YAMAN, the Vice President of Communication and Information Technologies (HBT).

Yusuf Bora KARTAL, the Director of Radar Programs at the Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems (REHIS) Sector, has been appointed as the Vice President of Communication and Information Technologies (HBT).
