As approved by the shareholders of ASE Industrial Holding Co., Ltd. ( the “Company”) at the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting held on June 21, 2018 (Taiwan time), the name of the Company has been changed to ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd., effective on the same date.
