ASCOPIAVE S.p.A.: Publication of documents for the Shareholders' Meeting

With reference to the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Ascopiave S.p.A. ("Meeting") summoned on 29th April 2021, in first call and on 27th May 2021, in second call, it is herein notified that, in today's date, a new version of the illustrative report of the Board of Directors, pursuant to Art. 125-ter, Legislative Decree n. 58 dated 24th February 1998, has been made available to the public, concerning item one and item two of the Agenda under the extraordinary meeting, containing, with respect to the previous communication, some additions to paragraph 2.1 "Presentation of a board list for appointment to the Board of Directors" of the said report.

The new version of the illustrative report, with the amendments highlighted, is available to the public at the company's headquarters, at the premises of Borsa Italiana and through the "eMarket STORAGE" system () managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., and at the company's website www.gruppoascopiave.it, together with the previous version transmitted according to law.

The Ascopiave Group is one of the leading operators in natural gas distribution in the country.

The Group owns concessions and direct assignments for the management of activities in 268 towns, supplying services to about 775,000 inhabitants, through a network which spreads over 12,000 kilometres. Ascopiave has been listed under the Star segment of Borsa Italiana since 12th December 2006.
