ASCOPIAVE: Financial Calendar 2018

Ascopiave S.p.A., in compliance with section 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. regulation, announces the calendar of main expected company's events for 2018:

March 14, 2018: Board of Directors' Meeting approving the Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements relating to the 2017 financial year

March 15, 2018: Analyst presentation

April 26, 2018: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2017 – first call

April 27, 2018: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2017 - second call

May 14, 2018: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1Q 2018 Financial Results

May 15, 2018: Analyst presentation

August 1, 2018: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1H 2018 Financial Results

August 2, 2018: Analyst presentation

November 14, 2018: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 3Q 2018 Financial Results

The Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2017 will be made available by the Company within the terms set forth under Article 2.2.3 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation; therefore, Ascopiave will be exempted from the publication of 4Q 2017 Financial Results.

The Company will promptly notify the market about any changes to the above mentioned scheduled events.

The Ascopiave Group operates in the natural gas sector, mainly in the segments of distribution and sale to end users. Thanks to its broad customer base and the quantity of gas sold, Ascopiave is currently one of the main operators in the industry at a national level.

The Group owns concessions and direct assignments for the management of distribution activities in 230 Towns, supplying the service to a market segment of 1.5 million inhabitants, through a distribution network which spreads over 10,000 kilometres. The sale of natural gas is performed through different companies, some under joint control. Overall, in 2016, the companies of the Group sold over 1 billion cubic metres of gas to end users.

Ascopiave has been listed under the Star segment of Borsa Italiana since 12th December 2006.
