ASCOPIAVE S.p.A.: Minutes of the board of directors meeting and updated articles of association published

Ascopiave S.p.A. announced that today the minutes of its Board of Directors, held on March 20, 2020 regarding the amendment of articles 15 and 22 of its Articles of Association according to the new legal provisions (L. 160, December 27, 2019) on gender equality for corporate bodies composition, was published. The minutes, jointly with the updated Articles of Association, is available on the "Corporate Governance" section of the Company's website www.gruppoascopiave.it.

The updated Company's Articles of Association, with evidence of the changes, is also available on the Company's website www.gruppoascopiave.it in the "Corporate Governance" section and on the authorized central storage mechanism eMarket Storage available at .
