Shareholder update meeting and presentation

Ascent Resources plc, the European focused oil & gas exploration and production company, is pleased to announce that it will be holding a shareholder update meeting and presentation followed by a Q&A session on 27 February 2019, at 6:00 p.m. (U.K. local time), at 1 America Square, 17 Crosswall, London, EC3N 2LB.  

Colin Hutchinson (Chief Executive Officer) will host the evening and he looks forward to meeting existing and prospective investors.
