Shareholder update meeting and presentation

Ascent Resources plc, the AIM quoted European oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that, further to its previous announcement on 14 February 2018, it will be holding a shareholder update meeting and presentation followed by a Q&A session today, 07 March 2018, at 6:00 p.m. (GMT), at 1 America Square, 17 Crosswall Street, London, EC3N 2LB.  

Colin Hutchinson (CEO) will host the evening and he looks forward to meeting existing and prospective investors. 

The presentation will be available on the Company's website (www.ascentresources.co.uk) from 6 p.m. (GMT). 

No new material information will be released at the investor meeting.
