Update on Slovenia Operations

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Hispanic American and European focussed energy and natural resources company announces that, following the recent successful partial settlement of the dispute with its Slovenian partner, as announced on 4 April 2023, the Company now expects to initiate the PG-11A maintenance and operational works once the payments from the settlement agreement are received and updated documentation (reflecting the impact of the settlement) is completed. In the mean time, Ascent Slovenia Limited is reviewing and updating the work program to reflect recent developments in country. Further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.
