Production update and payment of first invoice

The Board of Ascent Resources plc is pleased to update shareholders on production from the Petisovci field in Slovenia.

·      The invoice for gas and condensate sold during November has been settled in accordance with the agreements. Ascent's share of the proceeds (net of selling costs) was received on 5 January 2018.  This amounted to €303,181.

·      Total gas produced for November was 1,716,172 cubic metres (60,607 MCF) which equates to 59,178 cubic metres per day (2.1 MMscfd) for the 29 days of production.

·      During December this has increased to 1,975,207 cubic metres (69,754 MCF) which equates to 63,716 cubic metres per day (2.3 MMscfd) for the 31 days of production.
