Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST) the onshore European and Caribbean / Hispanic American oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 24 March 2020 it has now come to an agreement with the relevant investor (an FCA regulated institution) who has agreed to pay the £200k outstanding funds in full at the original placing place.  A further update will be made when these funds have been received.
