Update on Slovenia Operations

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Hispanic American and European focussed energy and natural resources company announces, further to the Company's announcement on 1 December 2022, that the PG-11A maintenance and operational works are expected to be initiated this month and will take ten days to complete following the arrival of long lead items to site. The Company will announce the outcome of the operation in due course.
