Message: The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("theCompany") hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports inthe year 2026:

Consolidated quarterly reports:- Q4 2025 - February 26th, 2026-Q1 2026 - May 7th, 2026- Q3 2026 - November 5th, 2026

Consolidated semi-annual report:- H1 2026 - August 6th, 2026

Consolidated annual report:- Consolidated annual report for 2025 -March 26th, 2026.

The Board of Directors informs that according to § 79(2) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance from March 29th, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by the issuers of securities and onconditions of recognition of information required by the law of anon-member country as equal ("the Regulation") the Company resigns fromthe publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2026.

At the same time, according to § 60(3) of the Regulation, the Companyinforms that it will publish consolidated periodic reports and - as anissuer with registered office in a country other than the Republic ofPoland - the Company will not publish individual periodic reports.
