Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (_quot;ASBIS_quot;)hereby informs that it has received information that on November 7,2022, ASBIS concluded an agreement to acquire 16% of shares in PROMEDBIOSCIENCE LTD with its registered office in Limassol (Cyprus).
Price for the purchased shares was EUR 800,000.
The acquisition was financed from own Company's funds.
PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD is a Cypriot biotechnology company, founded in2017 by a multidisciplinary team of scientists and entrepreneurs, thatproduces collagen-based biomaterials, including highly purifiedmedical-grade atelocollagen, to address emergent needs in the researchand medical fields.
The investment in PROMED BIOSCIENCE LTD is an element of the ASBISGroup's strategy, i.e., entering a new, promising, regenerative medicinemarket.
