Title: Acquisition of Clevetura LLC
Legal basis: Art. 17 ust.1 MAR – inside information
Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“ASBIS”)hereby informs, that on 29 January 2020 ASBIS signed an agreementaccording to which acquired 40% of the share capital in CLEVETURA LLCwith its registered office in Minsk (Belarus).
Price for the purchased shares was USD 584,000.
The acquired shares were financed from own funds.
Clevetura LLC designs innovative technologies for input devices. Thecompany was founded in 2017 in Minsk, Belarus and developed a unique andinnovative technology Clevetura. The first product, PrestigioClick&Touch keyboard, was entered into the production in 2019.
The main office is located in Minsk, Belarus with the satellite officein Shenzhen, China. Clevetura LLC is based in the Belarus Hi-Tech Park,gathering the most innovative technology companies in Belarus.
The acquisition of Clevetura LLC is another step of the implementationof the ASBIS Group strategy towards the development of the productsportfolio and promoting the new technology on the global market.
