Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("theCompany") hereby announces that Mrs. Julia Prihodko has been appointedto the Board of Directors as an Executive Director effective from May7th, 2021.Julia Prihodko, born in 1982, holds a Masters (M.Sc.) inPsychology. Julia Prihodko started her career in a Ukrainian recruitingagency as a Recruiting Manager, held the position of Head of HRDepartment at "NOVA" Insurance Company and Investment Consulting Centerfor 2 years, and worked for PJSC "Insurance Company" Alfa Insurance"(part of the European private investment holding company ABH HoldingsS.A. (ABHH)) for 7 years as Head of Human Resources Department. Juliajoined the Company in May 2015 as Human Relation Manager of ASBISUkraine. She was promoted to the position of Chief Human RelationsOfficer in February 2019.

According to the submitted statement, Mrs. Julia Prihodko does not runany other business competitive to the Company; she is not involved inany activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civilpartnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stockcompany, and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its boardmember.
