Reelection of members to the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", "theIssuer") hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ofthe Company, that was held on June 14th, 2017 reelected Messrs.Constantinos Tziamalis and Demos Demou to the Board of Directors.

Constantinos Tziamalis, born in 1975, holds a B.Sc. in Banking andFinancial Services and a Masters (M.Sc.) in Finance (Corporate CreditController & Investor Relations). Constantinos Tziamalis worked at theprivate banking department of BNP Paribas in Cyprus and then joined abrokerage house, Proteas Asset Management Limited, where he worked for 3years as Investor Accounts Manager. Constantinos joined the Company inJanuary 2002 as Financial Project Manager. He was promoted to theposition of Corporate Credit Controller & Investor Relations in March2003, and became Director of Credit and Investor Relations as of 23April 2007.

According to Mr. Constantinos Tziamalis‘ declaration, he does notconduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc.He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Mr. Demos Demou, born in 1969. His career includes a number ofmanagerial positions, mainly in the Shipping and Banking Industry.Currently he is the managing director of Fidelius Management ServicesLtd. In the past he was working for a number of companies including theLimassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd where he held the position of theFinancial Manager for 5 years, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd,Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus)Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltdand Nikos Karantokis Holdings. He is a member of the Institute ofCertified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1995, a fellow member ofthe Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, amember of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a graduateof the International Management Development Institute / University ofPittsburgh.

According to Mr. Demos Demou' declaration, he does not conduct anyactivities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has neverbeen included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.
