Title: Reelection of members to the Board of Directors of ASBIScEnterprises Plc.

Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("theCompany") hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting ofShareholders, that was held on May 8th, 2019 reelected Mr ConstantinosTziamalis, Mr Tasos.A. Panteli and Mr Demos Demou to the Board ofDirectors.

Constantinos Tziamalis, born in 1975, holds a B.Sc. in Banking andFinancial Services (1998) and a Masters (M.Sc.) in Finance (1999) fromthe University of Leicester. Constantinos Tziamalis worked at theprivate banking department of BNP Paribas in Cyprus and then joined abrokerage house, Proteas Asset Management Limited, for 3 years asInvestor Accounts Manager. Constantinos joined the Company in January2002 as Financial Project Manager. He was promoted to his currentposition as Corporate Credit Controller & Investor Relations in March2003 and became Director of Risk and Investor Relations as of 23 April2007. In January 2010 Constantinos has been also appointed as head ofthe FX Risk Management team.

According to the submitted statement, Mr Constantinos Tziamalis does notrun any other business competitive to the Company; he is not involved inany activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civilpartnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stockcompany, and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its boardmember.According to the submitted statement, his name does notappear in the Insolvent Debtors Register.

Mr Tasos started his professional career at Nicos Chr. Anastasiades &Partners (Advocates – Legal Consultants), holding the position ofAdvocate in 2001. Since 2005, Mr Tasos has been working at Andreas M.Sofocleous & Co LLC (Advocates – Legal Consultants) as Advocate (Advocate - Partner since 2010). He received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)from the Queen Mary and Westfield College (1999), a Postgraduate Diplomain Legal Skills from the City University London, Inns of Court School ofLaw (2000). In the same year, he completed the Bar Vocational Course atthe City University London, Inns of Court School of Law and was Calledto the Bar. In 2001 he received a Master of Laws (LLM) from the King’sCollege London. In 2002 he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company(CHC) Ltd, a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a member of theHonourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn (Barrister at Law).

According to the submitted statement, Mr Tasos.A. Panteli does not runany other business competitive to the Company; he is not involved in anyactivities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership,limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company, andis not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member.Accordingto the submitted statement, his name does not appear in the InsolventDebtors Register.Mr. Demos Demou joined the Group in 2015.He was born in 1969. His career includes a number of managerialpositions, mainly in the Shipping and Banking Industry. Currently he isthe managing director of Fidelius Management Services Ltd. In the pasthe was working for a number of companies including the LimassolCooperative Savings Bank Ltd where he held the position of the FinancialManager for 5 years, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd, Oesterreichischer LloydShip Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus) Ltd, Blasco ShipManagement (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltd and NikosKarantokis Holdings. He is a member of the Institute of Certified PublicAccountants of Cyprus since 1995, a fellow member of the Association ofChartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, a member of theSociety of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a graduate of theInternational Management Development Institute / University ofPittsburgh.

According to the submitted statement, Mr Demos Demou does not run anyother business competitive to the Company; he is not involved in anyactivities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership,limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company, andis not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member.Accordingto the submitted statement, his name does not appear in the InsolventDebtors Register.
