The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", „theIssuer“) hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ofthe Company, that was held on May 8th, 2018 reelected Messrs. MariosChristou, Serhei Kostevitch and Yuri Ulasovich to the Board of Directors.

Marios Christou, born in 1968, Marios joined the Company in August 2001.Prior to this, Marios had worked as a Financial Controller at PhotosPhotiades Breweries Ltd (part of the Carlsberg Group of companies) forthree years. Before this, Marios had also worked with Deloitte & ToucheLimassol, Cyprus for four years, holding the position of an auditmanager. Marios has a B.A. (1992), dual major – Accounting andInformation Systems, and Economics - from Queens College of the CityUniversity of New York (C.U.N.Y.), and an M.B.A. (1994) in InternationalFinance from St. John's University, New York. Marios is also a CertifiedPublic Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute ofCertified Public Accountants (AICPA).

According to Mr. Marios Christou’s declaration, he does not conduct anyactivities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has neverbeen included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Mr. Serhei Kostevitch, born in 1964. Siarhei Kostevitch is the CEO,President and Founder of the Group. He established a business of designand manufacturing in 1990 in Minsk, Belarus, and within 15 years builtit into the leading computer component distributor in Eastern Europe andformer Soviet Union. Siarhei received a Master's degree in radioengineering design at the Radio Engineering University of Minsk in 1987.Between 1987 and 1992, Siarhei worked as a member of the Research Centreat the Radio Engineering University in Minsk, where he published aseries of articles on microelectronics design in local and world-widespecialist magazines.

According to Mr. Serhei Kostevitch's declaration, he does not conductany activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He hasnever been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry.

Mr. Yuri Ulasovic, born in 1962. Yuri received a Master’s degree fromNovosibirsk High Military School (1983) and a Master’s degree (withHonors) in Philosophy and Economics from the Moscow Academy of ArmedForces (1992), a postgraduate degree from the Institute for HigherEducation of Belarus (Economic Theory and Industrial Economics) in 1995.Mr. Ulasovich joined the Company in 1995 as a Regional Sales Directorand was promoted to the position of Vice President - Product Marketingin 2004. He became Chief Operating Officer from August 2015.
