AGM resolution on dividend

The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", "theIssuer") hereby informs that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholdersof the Company, that was held on June 14th, 2017 made resolution onpayout of dividend to the Company's shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company declaredpayment of final dividend of U.S.$ 0,03 per share in line withrecommendation of the Company's Board of Directors. All 55.500.000shares in the Company is subject to dividend.

Therefore the total amount of dividend will amount to U.S.$ 1.665.000.
