Reelection of members to the Board of Directors of ASBISc EnterprisesPLC


The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", „theIssuer“) hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ofthe Company, that was held on June 23rd, 2016 reelected Messrs. SiarheiKostevich, Marios Christou, Yuri Ulasovich, Chris Pavlou, Demos Demou tothe Board of Directors.

Siarhei Kostevitch is the CEO, President and Founder of the Group. Heestablished a business of design and manufacturing in 1990 in Minsk,Belarus, and within 15 years built it into the leading computercomponent distributor in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union. Siarheireceived a Master's degree in radio engineering design at the RadioEngineering University of Minsk in 1987. Between 1987 and 1992, Siarheiworked as a member of the Research Centre at the Radio EngineeringUniversity in Minsk, where he published a series of articles onmicroelectronics design in local and world-wide specialist magazines.

Marios Christou joined the Company in August 2001. Prior to this, Marioshad worked as a Financial Controller at Photos Photiades Breweries Ltd(part of the Carlsberg Group of companies) for three years. Before this,Marios had also worked with Deloitte & Touche Limassol, Cyprus for fouryears, holding the position of an audit manager. Marios has a B.A.(1992), dual major – Accounting and Information Systems, and Economics -from Queens College of the City University of New York (C.U.N.Y.), andan M.B.A. (1994) in International Finance from St. John's University,New York. Marios is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and amember of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mr. Yury Ulasovich was born in 1962. He received a Master’s degree fromNovosibirsk High Military School (1983) and a Master’s degree (withHonors) in Philosophy and Economics from the Moscow Academy of ArmedForces (1992), a postgraduate degree from the Institute for HigherEducation of Belarus (Economic Theory and Industrial Economics) in 1995.Mr. Ulasovich joined the Company in 1995 as a Regional Sales Directorand was promoted to the position of Vice President - Product Marketingin 2004. He became Chief Operating Officer from August 2015.

Mr. Chris Pavlou joined the Company in 2012. He has studied Business inLondon. His career includes a number of positions related to bankingbusiness with international institutions. He started his career atBarclays Bank in 1966, and he stayed at this institution until 1986.During this time he held positions of Senior Trader, Chief Dealer, Headof Treasury and finally Deputy Chief Manager. Between 1986 and 1998 hewas a Head of Treasury at HSBC. Between 1999 and 2004 he was a Member ofthe Board at Marfin Laiki Bank. Between 2006 and 2011 he held positionof the Chairman of the Board at TFI Markets (financial servicesindustry). He was also a Member of the Board, Chairman of the Board’sAudit Committee and Chairman of the Board’s Risk Committee at MarfinLaiki Bank (since December 2011). Mr. Chris Pavlou specializes in riskmanagement, foreign exchange risk management and team building.

Mr. Demos Demou, born in 1969. His career includes a number ofmanagerial positions, mainly in the Shipping and Banking Industry.

Currently he is the managing director of Fidelius Management ServicesLtd. In the past he was working for a number of companies including theLimassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd where he held the position of theFinancial Manager for 5 years, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd,Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus)Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltdand Nikos Karantokis Holdings. He is a member of the Institute ofCertified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1995, a fellow member ofthe Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, amember of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a graduateof the International Management Development Institute / University ofPittsburgh.
