ASA International Group plc - Amended Interim Dividend Timetable

ASA International Group plc (LSE: ASAI), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, announces an amended timetable for the payment of the interim dividend of USD 0.03 per share .

The interim dividend will now be paid on 24 December 2024 instead of the previously announced date of 20 December 2024. All other dates are unchanged.
