Pursuant to request letters received by the Company, each dated 28[th] May, 2021, from the following promoter group entities/individuals of the Company, regarding their request for re-classification from the 'Promoter Group' to the 'Public' Category, the approval of the same by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28[th] May, 2021 and our letters both dated 28[th] May, 2021, intimating receipt of the above mentioned letters and the certified true copy of the extracts of minutes of the above mentioned Board meeting in accordance with the Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has made an application today i.e. 4[th] June, 2021 to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for their approval for re-classification from the 'Promoter Group' to the 'Public' Category of shareholders of the Company, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations:
