Sub: In�ma�on under Regula�on 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regula�ons, 2015 for Grant of Stock Op�ons to the eligible Employees of the Company under "Grant - July 2024" pursuant to AIL ESOP - 2016.

Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we inform you that on 30[th] July, 2024, the Nomina�on and Remunera�on Commi�ee has considered and approved the grant of 1,35,000 (One Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand) stock op�ons to eligible Employees of the Company under "Grant – July 2024" at a price of Rs. 636.00/- each, under Arvind Infrastructure limited - Employees Stock Op�on Plan - 2016 (AIL ESOP - 2016). The stock op�ons granted will vest one year a�er the grant subject to maximum period of five years from the date of grant of such op�ons. Each stock op�on confers right to receive equal number of equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
