Brief profile (in case of appointment)	Ms. Shalaka brings over two decades of rich experience in architecture, interiors, sustainability, and integrated project leadership across large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, and township developments across India.

Prior to joining Arvind SmartSpaces, she served as Head of Design (Pan India) at Isprava Vesta Pvt. Ltd., where she led design transformation initiatives across design function for multiple luxury residential projects. She has also held leadership roles with reputed organizations including K. Raheja Corp Pvt. Ltd. and En-Vision Design Studio Pvt. Ltd.

An architect by profession, Shalaka is an alumnus of the Senior Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has recently completed Cornell CAIO on Organisational AI Strategy from Cornell University.

At Arvind SmartSpaces, she will be responsible for strengthening the Company’s design excellence, innovation, sustainability, and integrated project delivery capabilities. |
