With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including amendment thereunder, we inform you that Mr. Mitanshu Shah, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation as CFO & KMP, on 2[nd] May, 2025, due to the personal reasons. He will be relieved in due course of time.

We hereby further inform you that the Company is in the process of appointing a new CFO & KMP and the same will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course of time.
