• Sub: Intimation of receipt of approval for re-classification of shareholder of Arvind Limited (“the Company”) from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category under Regulations 30 and 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).

We refer to our application under Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations filed with Stock Exchanges on 3[rd] March 2021, for re-classification of AML Employees’ Welfare Trust - one of the promoter group entities of the Company, from ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category and our letter dated 3[rd] March 2021 intimating the filing of the application.
