Ref: Your updation on 30^th November, 2021 for some clarification related to Regulation 30 Intimation submitted on NSE.

We refer to your correspondence on the captioned matter and your email dated 30th November, 2021 seeking certain additional details mentioned therein the Email.

Our para wise reply is as under:

1. Brief details of litigation viz. name(s) of the opposing party, court/tribunal/agency where litigation is filed, brief details of dispute/litigation;

This is a Suo Motu Proceedings by the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court bearing No. WPPIL 98 of 2021. There is no order to close all the units discharging effluent into the sewage lines of AMC. The direction from the Hon'ble High Court to the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation is to disconnect Effluent Discharge Connection of the erring set-ups/industrial units which release partially treated/untreated waste water.

2. Expected financial implications, if any, due to compensation, penalty etc;

We are not expecting any financial implications due to compensation, penalty, etc.

3. Quantum of claims, if any:

None, there are no expected claims.
