Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated 24[th] March 2020, this is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:

1. considering the gravity of the COVID-19 and in compliance with directives issued by the State and Central Governments, operations of our plants and offices at various locations will remain locked-down till 14[th] April 2020 and further lock-down period, if any, will be in accordance with the directives of State and Central Governments.

2. given the uncertainty around the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.

Further in view of the emergency situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support the lock down initiative(s) taken by Central Government at national level and in compliance with Policy of Work from Home of the Company, we are submitting this disclosure/ announcement without signature.
