Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Preparing for Resumption of partial manufacturing operations of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated 5[th] May 2020 intimating about the temporary closure of our manufacturing operations on account of the lockdown imposed by the Government due to outbreak of Covid-19, we wish to inform you that we are preparing for resumption of partial operations and putting in place the mandatory protocols and SOPs for all our employees as per the guidelines stipulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India. The policies revolve around safety, for self, Safety at Home, Safety for family, Safety in Transit, Safety of Colleagues, Safety at Workplace and Safety for Community.

We are in phase of training people on the job for practicing mandatory SOPs and also PPEs for resumption of operations in a graded manner and we expect partial production to commence by end of this month, post completion of mandatory safety check and training of personnel on Physical distancing, health & hygiene.

Few key aspects of the training for employees include -

• Mandatory self-declaration of good health before joining

• Wearing of face-masks, regular sanitization of personal items and work place with maintaining social distancing

• Thorough sanitization of all workplaces regularly, other official vehicles after each trip

The Company is taking all recommended precautions and preventive measures to ensure safety and well-being of its employees at all times. We will closely monitor the situation and take necessary steps as may be required from time to time.

Further in view of the unprecedented situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support the lock down initiative(s) taken by the Central Government at
