In view of the emergency situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support the lock down initiative(s) taken by Central/State Government authorities in various states/districts across India, to contain the spread of COVID-19, we wish to inform you that operations of our plants and offices at various locations have been temporarily lockdown w.e.f. 23[rd] March 2020 until 25[th] March 2020. As the situation is dynamic and based on further Government directions, we may have to further extend the date.

Given the uncertainty around the situation it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.

We will inform the stock exchange(s) on further developments, if any, in the matter.
