Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated 15[th] April 2020, this is to inform you that:

1. considering the gravity of the COVID-19 and to ensure adherence to lockdown conditions laid down by the Central and State Governments from time to time, we have continued and extended work from home from 3[rd] May 2020 due to extension of nationwide lockdown subject to staggered resumption of work, as and when such permissions become available and as and when relaxations are made by the government in this regard.

2. given the uncertainty around the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.

Further in view of the unprecedented situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support the lock down initiative(s) taken by the Central Government at national level and in compliance with Policy of Work from Home of the Company, we are submitting this disclosure/ announcement without signature.
