With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has obtained Virtual License Certificate from Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) in the name of “Arvind Atelier (FZC)” – a subsidiary company incorporated in Sharjah - U.A.E, information of which has been received by the Company on 22[nd] April, 2026 at 11.15 a.m. IST.
