Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company by passing circular resolution on 24[th] November, 2025, has granted 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) stock options to the eligible Employees of the Company under "Grant – November 2025" pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2021.

Details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 are enclosed as “Annexure-I.”
