Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company on 10[th] January, 2024, has granted 5,50,000 (Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) stock options to eligible Employees of the Company under "Grant – Jan 2024" pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2021 (AL ESOS 2021).

Details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13[th] July, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure -I’.
