Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Il of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has made a further investment of Rs. 48 Crores by way of subscribing to equity shares of Arvind Technical Products Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company on Rights Basis.
