Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company by passing circular resolution on 27[th] October, 2023, has granted 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) stock options to an eligible Employee of the Company under "Grant – October 2023" pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme ‐ 2021.
Details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13[th] July, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure ‐I’.
