Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company in the meeting held on 27[th] July, 2023, has granted 1,00,000 (One Lakh) stock options to an eligible Employee of the Company under "Grant – July 2023" pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2021.

The NRC meeting commenced at 02.45 P.M. and concluded at 03.00 P.M.

Details as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13[th] July, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure -I’.
