Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR} Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on 25th October 2019, has granted 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs) stock options to the eligible Employee of the Company under "Grant - Oct 2019" pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme-2008 (ESOS 2008}. In terms of the ESOS 2008, one stock option represents one equity share of the Company.
