Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Susheel Kaul, Managing Director of the Company designated as 'Managing Director & President (Textiles)' has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. He will be relieved from services in due course.

As already intimated earlier vide media release dated December 18, 2025 (enclosed), the responsibilities of Mr. Susheel Kaul will be taken over by Mr. Punit Lalbhai, Vice Chairman of the Company.

The particulars/details as required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. EBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is set out below at Annexure – A.

The copy of the resignation letter setting out the reasons for resignation of Mr. Susheel Kaul is enclosed herewith as Annexure – B.

Media Release dated December 18, 2025 as already intimated is enclosed herewith as Annexure – C.
