This is to inform that pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and upon recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company by passing circular resolution on 1[st] August, 2024 have approved the appointment of Ms. Reena Bhagwati as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company for a term of 4 (four) years with effect from 1[st] August, 2024 i.e. upto 31[st] July, 2028, subject to requisite approval of members of the Company.

The disclosure as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 with regard to appointment of Ms. Reena Bhagwati is attached herewith as Annexure – A.
