Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, as part of internal re‐organization, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Swayam Saurabh as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel u/s 203 of the Companies Act, 2013) of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 25[th] January, 2023. He will continue to be part of the Company in another role.

On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in today’s meeting appointed Mr. Jayesh Shah, Whole Time Director as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel u/s 203 of the Companies Act, 2013) of the Company w.e.f. 26th January, 2023.

In this regard, disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Requirements, 2015 vide SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 for change in Chief Financial Officer (KMP) is attached herewith as an Annexure.
