ARVIDA COMPLETES ACQUISITIONS

On 12 September 2017, Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) announced it had entered into agreements to purchase Mary Doyle Lifecare, Strathallan Lifecare and 50% of Village at the Park Lifecare for approximately $106m. Arvida this afternoon confirms that it has completed settlement of the acquisitions.
